I live 250 miles from this property and did not have to worry, Patrick took charge of any and all problems and concerns. He managed and communicated any problems or concerns that Renters and I had with the utmost professionalism. So when it came time to sell the property of course i hired Patrick again and he listed, marketed, sold and handled any issues all the way to closing. She made solid suggestions as to how to better our chances for a quick sale! We listened and it worked! Dana is very down to earth and extremely friendly! Depoimento: I met Alan Aly during one of the open houses couple of years ago. He has been an amazing guide to me in my first home buying experience. We must have seen about couple dozen houses and he has been always very patient and understanding of our needs. What impressed me the most is his dedication to his work. He was instrumental in successfully negotiating and me finally getting the house of our liking even though the seller had higher offers. I remember him working late into the night negotiating with the seller to get the house in our favor. I also went along with the people he recommended for mortgage, lawyer, home inspector and insurance and they turned out to be amazing as well.
