Depoimento: Sandy helped me through the entire process by telling me the hard truths necessary to sell my house. Firstly, she told me that I needed to make some repairs and clean the house thoroughly before putting it on the market. Secondly, once the house was on the market and not getting many visits by perspective buyers, she told me to drop the original asking price. Thirdly, when it became apparent that the market in Cold Spring for 2013 was poor, she told me to remain patient and be willing to drop the price again. After moving away from Cold Spring to California after the house was on the market for about one month, she told me that she had handled many other similar situations and always eventually sold the house. It was her realistic optimism that got me through a difficult six month period before the house finally sold. Although I was disappointed in with how much I netted in the selling of the house, I was grateful for Sandy taking care of my house during the five month period where I was a long distance absentee homeowner.

If I have to leave a voice message she gets back to me right away. She walked my husband and me through the mortgage/financing part of this, making the process practically stress free. We are pre-qualified for our dream house and that's a huge headache off our shoulders. Gina is a quick study. She asks the right questions to understand what we want, and doesn't waste our time on homes we won't be interested in. She will spend all day with us if we want yet she is not pushy. She shares her knowledge and really seems to care about putting us in a home that we will love, not just making a sale. We have an offer in on a home now and we are really excited. Depoimento: DAN BASIL charged us a move in fee of $250 (never had this happen to me in all my years of renting). He said the apartment at 15360 60th Ave N Plymouth, MN would be cleaned and move in ready. The paint was badly touched up in unit. Previous water damage, he never fixed. The place was dirty. I had to steam clean the carpets at my own cost before I could let my family move in. He provided 3 different contracts to sign. Upon moving out, we cleaned the place and put it in better shape than received. He charged: $30 for a replacement filter, which I replaced the day I moved out. Wall Repair of $125. Carpet Cleaning of $60. Blind Replacement which were broken when we moved in of $70. Please leave a review if you had similar dealings. BEWARE!
