Depoimento: My husband and I came in contact with Candice through a friend.Our house was on the market over a year before coming in contact with Candice. Previous realtor did not show much interest in getting the property shown; much less sold. We are extremely happy with Candice's assistance in selling our house. She was very helpful in making suggestions of things we could do to help sell the house. I was not aware of it at the time, but she took her time and effort to shovel out the drive way to ensure that no one got hurt going in or out and so that people would have easy access to the house. I was bed ridden during the time that our house was on the market. Candice has been very helpful in coming to our home for us to sign paperwork. Candice kept us informed of every showing and Open House. Even though the house is not High End, Candice is gave 100% effort in getting it sold. The house sold within a couple of months. We will recommend Candice to anyone that we know of looking for a dedicated realtor.

Joe coached me to find the perfect home, with an accepted offer in roughly two weeks.<br/><br/>As a first time home-buyer, Joe set up time to walk me through the whole process to get me comfortable. This included all the potential documentation, inspections, what they were looking for, what it meant when they found something and what my options were at each stage of the process. He also advised me on when to be aggressive and what to expect from the market.
