Depoimento: There is so much to be said about Jeanne and what she has done for my family, that I don't even know where to begin. Last December we had decided it was time to move out of our small townhome and into our first single family home. We knew the market was favoring sellers more than buyers, but we had no idea how crazy it would be to balance the two together to get the most for our dollar.Jeanne helped us on both sides, getting our townhouse on the market, while also finding us a new, larger home to purchase. We knew that we would have to sell our current home first before we could afford to buy the new one, and Jeanne was able to guide us through all of this. She helped set up a timeframe with our buyer that gave us up to 90 days to find a new home, just in case. Turns out, though, that we only needed 30 thanks to her finding the perfect home so quickly, and well within our price range! We ended up closing on the sell and buy side on the same day, and had the whole weekend to move without having to worry about a thing! I'll forever be grateful for what Jeanne did for our family, and will never need another realtor as long as she is around!

They are not the type of realtors to sell you on signing with them only to have sign in your yard and nothing else. They work hard to make it happen! Depoimento: Rick has helped my family sell two houses as well as buy one within the last 6 months. He is very knowledgable and extremely helpful in all parts of both buying and selling a house. We probably looked at 30-40 houses over a 4 month period and a lot of the houses were in the mountains and required lengthy drives.
