Six years later when we chose to sell our second home we did not hesitate to call on Anne Marie again. While working with Anne Marie we have found her to have an outstanding knowledge of the real estate market, all the right contacts, and the diligence to get our home sold. She is very personable and easy to work with. From start to finish Anne Marie went above and beyond to help us. Even after all was settled she was available to answer our questions. Depoimento: Claudia went out of her way to make sure I was looking at appropriate houses for my needs and budget. She was always patient and very understanding, even when it seemed that I would never find what I wanted. When I found an acceptable house, she was there to help me navigate through the inspections and the legal paperwork. The inspection resulted in the need for a new roof. Claudia got proposals from two roofing companies to accompany the counter to the seller. She has continued to be very helpful with advice about people to contact for other needs. She has become a good friend.

Depoimento: You could not ask for a more helpful and caring agent to represent you!Vesna goes above and beyond and is there every step of the way in making a decision on a property. When we were so frustrated we could not find a property or it sold before we could make a offer, there was Vesna encouraging us , our home was out there and she would find it for us and she did. I think we were hit with every possible problem in trying to purchase a property, zoning, shared wells, insurance,and inspection. Vesna found us a mortgage broker and a Insurance broker when the company we had been using for years wanted us to do structural work before we owned the property and stalling on giving us a quote. When we were so frustrated and stressed out waiting for the final review of the loan, there was Vesna with her wonderful sense of humorencouraging us to hang in there, we were in the final stages. Vesna was always telling us , tomorrow will be a better day and it always was.I recommend Vesna Christiansen with the highest regard, you want a real estate agent that cares, she is the one!

Detail info on prior sales & current listing is not enough, he take you see homes for sale not just picture so you can have real understand of the market. Which help you decide on selling price and if improvement prior to sale will increase your return on invest he will suggest.But he is only as good as you are honest with him about you goals he cannot read minds.
