Depoimento: I have employed Alex during the purchase of my current home as well as the purchase of a rental property a few years back.Alex is consistently professional and is very careful to adjust his work style to the needs of individual clients. For example, I tend to be very specific in my preferences when looking into property acquisitions. Alex is respectful of this (as well as my time) and does not recommend that I view properties that do not fit my specifications. Further, Alex is mindful of the desired price ranges given by clients and rarely, if ever, tries to inappropriately "up-sell" a client into a more expensive home than is desired by said client. For these reasons, I plan to employ Alex for all of my, hopefully many, future acquisitions.

The reason I bring the locations up is that it doesn't matter what area it is, she is THE BEST! (I say that because we very fortuitously found her via a random search on Trulia but cannot overstate the positive role she played in the buying of our first home and the overall general force of support she was to us during the entire process). My fiancee and I are both transplants to the Hartford area and randomly found Els via Trulia as we were looking to buy our first home (i.e., totally new to the area, with no local friends or family to lean on for guidance, recommendations, etc., new to the process of buying a house, and to complicate matters, I was living / working in NYC at the time).I didn't know what to expect when we initially reached out to her -- and I believe it was in regard to a specific listing she posted. Regardless, she was the first and immediately - and very obviously - the only / right agent for us. She's an absolute pro and class act. She's organized, she's responsive, she's flexible and accommodating (I lived in NYC during our house hunt and my fiancee has a very demanding work schedule but she very graciously worked around our schedules, always .... I think we hit 15+ homes in one day together - she set it all up, put a tight but really great schedule together for us, brought snacks, pointed out good/bad things about the area and home(s) that as a first time buyer I had no clue to even look for -- I felt like I was spending the day with an old friend because that's what it felt like working with her. She wasn't trying to sell us A house, she wanted to help us find and secure THE house / our dream home. And that's exactly what she did -- in just a month actually -- and we are absolutely crazy about our house. (And we're crazy about Els too, if you can't tell!)We couldn't have had a better experience and we couldn't write a more genuine glowing recommendation. Her knowledge of the area -- and recommendations for other professionals to support us (i.e. inspectors, lawyers, mortgage, etc) was particularly helpful to us. And surprise surprise everyone she recommended was just as lovely as she is. She's an absolute pro. And you'll love working with her along the way.
