Depoimento: Dee Dee is a pleasure to work with. Over the past few months, I have looked at many properties and dealt with many brokers. Out of all of them, Dee Dee was the best. She listened and responded appropriately. The house she was showing was a difficult property to say the least. She took time out of her busy schedule to show us the house multiple times, and left us alone to do our own inspection since the house had so many issues. She was above board in every detail of the house. Unfortunately, we were not able to purchase the house due to the multitude of problems the house had, but I feel confident that based on the professionalism that Dee Dee showed, that would have gone smoothly as well.

He had great suggestions on what needed to be done to make the house present well and went the extra mile to make certain that our open house went well and that prospective buyers saw the value in the home. While we knew the general area we wanted to purchase our new home John was helpful in narrowing down the search to neighborhoods and homes that met our criteria. John made certain we had a wide variety of homes to look at and always kept us appraised of homes that were just coming on the market. John was knowledgeable when walking through houses. He was informative about house structures and could point out potential issues.
