I needed to move quickly and reached out to Bostic and Associates based off the ratings. I expected to work with Latrocia and was very disappointed initially when I was given Ben. It took him a few homes to understand exactly what I wanted and I could tell he was sort of new to the industry, which scared me even more, but I must say this was the smoothest process and Ben lead me every step of the way.
