We were able to purchase a home for a fair price and Patty was instrumental in making sure we closed in a reasonable time after my bank dropped the ball on more than one occasion. He also made a follow up call which was unexpected. I also contacted him by email (through this site) to which he did not respond. I suggest contacting him by phone as he is prompt and courteous.

She really helped us prepare our house to be sold, and then showed us houses and neighborhoods that she know we'd be interested in. We eventually chose a lot to build on, and she was very responsive when working through that process.

Depoimento: I've rented and renovated a number of homes over the last 9 years. In over 50 transactions I've used Janet in all but 2. She is the most professional agent I've worked with. Where she helps me the most is in her negotiation skills and also a strong legal and business background. And unlike many successful agents, she is modest and attentive and never arrogant and overbearing. She suggest how a property should be sold and explains why rather than insisting it be done her way. I had one agent listing a new home I had built on a lake in Oconee County tell me a property wasn't worth the 205k I was asking. She said she would refuse to list it for more than 169k. Janet contacted a fellow agent there, explained the pricing rational and the house sold for 209k. She didn't charge me a cent for the advice and help. You don't find many as honest and effective as her.

Depoimento: I do not know where to begin....I met Josh through a mutual friend. The moment he received my information, was the moment my house hunting experience started. Josh had my back from the beginning to the end. I experienced some difficult hills to climb but Josh (my adopted brother) made it so easy for me to see other side. Since my closing, we have stayed in contact because that's the type of relationship that was established. I have a 4 to 5 years plan ahead of me & Joshua will be a part of my next house hunting experience. With that being said.....I recommend Joshua McClendon with highest praise.
