Depoimento: Broughton Realty did an excellent job selling our home. The bank made it VERY difficult and we even lost one buyer because of them but Broughton found us another one and got us what we wanted and pursued the bank diligently until we had our deal. Better than we hoped for ;-)

Depoimento: This is not one of those "cop out" five star ratings. If I could give Marty 10 stars out of five I would. Believe me, you don't want anyone else selling or helping you buy a house. We met Marty when looking for our first home in 2013 (very naive to the whole process), and he was everything we didn't know we wanted in an agent and more. He helped us look at all of the details of the houses we were buying, and he literally crawled in the attic and under the house to see if the houses looked sound. He was always responsive to phone calls, texts. He paid attention to details with paperwork, and was very friendly and informative (in a non-pushy way) through the whole process. We highly valued his opinion and advice since we were green to the whole process. We got the perfect house for us as a great price because Marty told us about it the day it was listed. Two years later, we actually had to move for a job relocation so we called Marty to help sell the house he had helped us purchase. Marty was just as great on the selling end as he was on the buying. He had a professional photographer take amazing pictures, he gave us great ideas for staging and pricing the home, and did all of the paperwork and met all deadlines well before they were scheduled. The end result: We got a full-price offer on our house on the first day it was listed. . . for $10,000 more than we had paid for it, with little to no renovations done in the two years we owned it. Very impressive. We are proud to say that Marty is not only an agent, but through the process became our close friend. You can't go wrong here, folks.

Depoimento: Chelsea was great. She was positive, upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable and very patient over all. She was the opposite of pushy; she seemed to care more about us finding the right house than we did. If we weren't 100% sure or had doubts, her answer was always to "look at a few more."It was very refreshing to have someone who was fun to work with and also not pushy or overbearing. We didn't get the sense she just wanted us to "pick something already" so she could collect her commission and move on. She was also very engaged and came to all of the important events even bringing us a fantastic gift at the end of the process.I have bought a few personal houses as well as investment property and it's rare to find someone who is fun, competent, respectful, and intelligent. You can generally find one or two of those traits in a person, but getting all of them is a challenge.She has really put it all together and my wife and I are already excited to buy our next house with Chelsea! Our three year old still asks when we go to different houses sometimes if Chelsea is going to be there and gets all excited.
