She was extremely prepared for our house-hunting trips, providing binders with information and pictures of all the homes, sections for notes, etc., and got us through an impressive number of homes in a short time. Depoimento: I have used Michelle twice. Once to sell a home in an undesirable location in a buyers market and once to buy a home in a very desirable location in a sellers market. I was the under dog in both transactions, but Michelle made things go smoothly and I feel I got the best deal possible in both transactions. She helped me set realistic expectations, set viewing appointments quickly and held my hand through both transactions so that I felt that I felt that not only did I have an experienced professional in my corner, but a friend by my side. Depoimento: Jennifer was great to work with!! We were buying a bank owned property which had some difficulties throughout the buying process. Jennifer took care of all of the bank issues and kept the process moving. She was an integral part of us closing on time as she stayed on top of the various moving parts. When we started to look for homes Jennifer took us to many neighborhoods and helped us focus in on the perfect neighborhood for my husband and I.
