Because I know my review will be long, here are a few bullet points that highlight Sharlene:*Honest*Very responsive*Very knowledgeable*Realistic*Passionate*Straight forward*Detail orientedMy husband and I each owned a home when we were married in 2014. We met with Sharlene in January and were able to have the first house on the market in early February. We had never sold a home before and had a lot of questions on exactly how it worked and how to best market the home for a quick sale. Sharlene supplied us with more than enough data and facts about the area to set a price we felt would sell the home in the timeline we wanted.Sharlene brought a stager to review the home and make recommendations; this is one of the greatest benefits that Sharlene offers! The differences that furniture placement and simple decorations can make to a home are amazing! Sharlene also scheduled a professional photographer that captured all of the unique aspects to my home built in the 1920’s. She also held an open house in the first week that the home was on the market, which helped with visibility to the home and additional walk throughs in the following weeks.Our home in Minneapolis was put on the market in early February, we had an offer by the end of March and we were able to close on the home in May. Sharlene was in contact with us continuously letting us know how she thought things were going with the property. The time on the market for my home was much less than the homes in my area, which were averaging at 100+ days. After the sale of the Minneapolis home we were positive we wanted to utilize Sharlene's expertise in selling our second home in Golden Valley. Our first meeting with Sharlene we had hoped to put the home on the market immediately. Sharlene again brought out her stager and after a review of the property we wanted to update a few things before putting on the market. Sharlene was ready to place the house on the market as soon as we were in contacted her 2 months after the initial meeting. She had the photographer out within the week and the house was on the market within a few days. We again were very lucky in a quick sale of this home; we found just the right buyers and sold the home at the first open house.We are very happy to have had Sharlene with us during both of these sales. We also had the opportunity to buy a home with Sharlene and Angela and it was again a fantastic experience (I just focused on the sale portion for this review). I hope that I have more opportunities to personally recommend Sharlene, her honesty and realistic expectations with us made the process so much easier!
