This fall (2015) we sold that town home and were thankful to have Lynne as our realtor. She is the most dedicated person I ever met; she kept us informed at all times, was honest and trustworthy, and went out of her way to make our town home stand out. Considering we live in New York it was a blessing to have Lynne there to take care of all the details that we were not able to take care of ourselves. Dennis does not pressure you to purchase a home but does show you homes that fit your criteria and is realistic to what you can expect in the area. He is well educated within real estate to answer any question you may have or refer you to professional whom will answer the question. He made the process seamless on every front with showing the homes at convenient times for us, and aligning them into one day a week instead of having to make multiple trips in a single week.
