I was a long-distance seller, so Amanda helped me find the right tradespeople, looked in on the place, and gave me excellent suggestions. Relocating to the Atlanta area from Japan, she sent us a lot of information on builders, surrounding areas, schools, and took the information we provided to her with the type of home we were looking for and made it easy for us to purchase a home. It was so easy, we found our home in 2 days at a great cost with a great builder. I highly recommend using her as your realtor - especially if your moving into the area with no knowledge of the various communities.
