Depoimento: Julie was extremely helpful in my search for an apartment. She was prompt, and I could tell she had done her research on the places we looked at. I am extremely picky when looking for a new place to live, and she was very patient with me. Unlike most realtors I've dealt with in the past, she was not pushy at all and didn't make me feel like I should settle on a place that wasn't exactly what I wanted. In the end, I decided to stay where I was for another year, but I will definitely go back to her next time I need help finding somewhere to live.

Depoimento: Rick contacted me regarding several apartments I had for rent by owner. Initially he seemed o.k., then he started to take advantage. For example he rented one of the units, site unseen to a woman from NY. Sure he got his money upfront and was done with her. When she came in from NY to see the apartment prior to move in, Rick didn't pick her up at the bus station - I HAD TO! For the quick one months' rent he earned he should have at least spent 1 hour with the poor woman.Another unit went up for rent across the street and Rick tracks my phone number and calls me. I tell him I cannot do what just happened across the street and he said no problem, he understood. I think all is well. Nope, he calls and says someone is there to see the place, but he couldn't make it because he couldn't get a sitter. Well if you are setting up the appointments to fit your schedule, how does that happen! Again, I showed the apartment. The woman loves it and takes it. Next comes the signing and I am there ready to go and he shows up baby in hand looking for his check! Again a one month fee and he has done nothing more than tell a stranger to come and meet me at my own listing!This is not a partnership. He likes to play games.Another situation happened, as I said, I had several properties for rent all at the same time and Rick sees it as his bread and butter, because all he has to do is answer his phone and send people to the address, and then pick up his check. Rick actually showed up for the next showing because I was very upset with him regarding the past few. We chose this next perspective tenant. The day we were supposed to sign the lease he texted me at 4:45 pm that he did not think we were going to sign that day because he had not heard from this woman. This went on until finally at 6:25 he texted and said that it was a no go and we would reschedule the signing to another day. Rick then texted me at 6:35 pm to tell me we were on for the 6:45 pm but that he would not be there because he was down in Quincy. I picked up the phone and told him that was the quickest ride I over heard of to get from West Roxbury to Quincy from 6:25 pm to 6:35 pm. Again, another pass off by Rick. He wants my properties, but he wants me to do all the work and for him to receive all the gain. Isn't this the purpose of hiring a professional for them to do the work! He texted me at 10:05 pm asking me if I closed "his deal". Never have I met a more unprofessional and lazy excuse for a person. Possibly his wife is correct about him. It is time for him to get a "real job". He didn't cut it as a PGA teaching pro golf - I don't think he can cut it in real estate either. The piece de resistance was the e-mails that went back and forth where he called me a "whiny Irish woman" and that was why he no longer speaks to the women in his family. When you look up his linked in profile here is what I think;1). Sure anyone can do it, apparently because he is doing it; 2). He can't do it better, because he really doesn't do it at all; 3). Sure it's fun because you are screwing people out of money, because you are not even working - just showing up for the check.So ask yourself why Shilalis let him go and the more important question, Why is CRG keeping him.So renters, home owners and property managers beware of the Flynn flam man.

Sarah went above and beyond as she handled the shipping of keepsakes, TV's and I items we wanted to keep and forwarded them across country for us.
