Depoimento: I chose Kathy after interviewing four realtors because she had the most experience with the area where my house was for sale and I wanted to buy, and she was the most down to Earth and genuinely nice person of the four. I was selling my house alone and Kathy was so helpful with recommending a local house stagger who also helped me pack and move. Kathy was always professional and extremely responsive to any questions or help I needed. Her knowledge of the market and area was extremely helpful, especially when I was looking for a home to move to after my house went under contract. Kathy always went the extra mile to make my experience less stressful and easier to deal with. She is very familiar with and good at negotiating terms of contracts (both selling and buying) which makes the process much quicker and smoother. And through my whole experience with her both selling my house and my buying another house, she was so very nice and easy to work with. I recommend Kathy Burcham to anyone needing to sell or buy a home!!!

During construction of our first home, David kept us informed during the entire process. He immediately answered/responded to questions/requests and worked above and beyond our expectations from the first time we met until we closed, he may have been laying sod the day prior to closing. Working for the builder, he processed knowledge of the construction process and made sure we understood, kept us involved and worked with us just as if he were our buying agent. 9 years later, when it was time to sell, we knew that we wanted David as our Selling Agent. Again, from the first phone call, throughout the entire process and up to closing, David navigated the transaction just as we would expect from a seasoned professional. He knows the area and his analysis of the market was 100% accurate. We were kept informed just about daily concerning showings, offers, contract and closing and always felt he went out of his way to represent our interests. Most recently, we reached out to David for his advice/assistance for another new construction. Having worked in the home building industry and his experience in Central Texas he is able to provide insight, advice and knowledge that is often times overlooked. I worked with her when I purchased my first home in Arcata in 2002, and then again in 2015 when I wanted to relocate to Mckinleyville. She knows Humboldt very well and listened to what I wanted and then helped me find it. Once we got to the inspection phase, Linda was very helpful and did not abandon the project and stuck with me. She is a strong negotiator and a very kind person. I'm so grateful for Linda's expertise and would recommend her to anyone.

Depoimento: When my husband and I began to look for a house 2 years ago Ed was recommended to us by a friend of mine that we were using to get our mortgage through. Ed took into consideration things we were looking for in a house and knew exactly where we needed to be w/ a mortgage payment and what we could afford. Everytime we met up he had a few houses for us to look at. There was a specific area we wanted to stay in and with us being in NJ and Ed coming from Delaware or Pennsylvania he went above and beyond to work w/ our schedules and to get us in to see houses. When we finally decided on a house and put our bid in the communication between Ed and his wife Celeste was awesome!! We were first time home buyers so every question or hesitation we had they both were great at answering everything and helping us through the whole process. Even after we made settlement and were settled in the house we were still going back and forth w/ the seller for a chimney issue. Celeste followed up w/ me for months to get the issue resolved. Once everything was done I sent her what she needed to pass along and close out the issues we had. Ed and Celeste were great to work with!! Would definitely recommend!!

Depoimento: Over the years, I have used Lane for three different real estate transactions – all of which, Lane was beyond helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I met Lane randomly at an open house in early 2009, I was just beginning to look at homes and wasn’t even ready to buy, but after meeting Lane I knew that when it came time to make a purchase, Lane was going to be my agent. Lane represented me for my first home purchase, walking and talking not only me, but also my parents through every step of the way. Additionally, given the market for real estate and how time-sensitive it can be, Lane was able to work with me and my schedule to see a number of homes on little-to-no notice. So, naturally, when I outgrew my previous home, it was Lane who represented me again for the sale and then the purchase of my new home. As the home I was purchasing was a new construction, Lane was such a resource - he assisted me with tours of the property to see building progress, helping to point out deficiencies and working with the general contractor to get them corrected. Lane was always available for questions and occasionally had to “talk me off the ledge.” I would highly recommend Lane for any first-time home buyers or for those, who, like me, can be a little “higher-maintenance.” When I get ready to buy or sell again, Lane will be the first call that I make.

Dennis does not pressure you to purchase a home but does show you homes that fit your criteria and is realistic to what you can expect in the area. He is well educated within real estate to answer any question you may have or refer you to professional whom will answer the question. He made the process seamless on every front with showing the homes at convenient times for us, and aligning them into one day a week instead of having to make multiple trips in a single week. The process of starting negations was so much easier than I anticipated as Dennis gave us realistic expectations and recommendations for the house we were looking to purchase.
