He came fully prepared to our first meeting with the local comps, state of the market and how best we could maximize the potential of our home. His follow up was flawless, his team of photographers, stager and advertising was superb. There is no doubt in our mind that we could not have done better and in fact we met a realtor who is one in a million - someone who truly cares about his clients and is always there even after the transaction closed. Depoimento: Garry was very courteous and polite. He was very quick to respond and was able to meet me on very short notice. I highly recommend Garry Heaney .( If I called Garry in the morning he was able to show me the property I requested within hours, as we didn't have a lot of time and he knew this). Depoimento: I am amazed by how great Katy is. She helped my father find a condo rental in Florida while he and I were in New Jersey. She inspected the units and gave great feedback.Plus, she was so attentive to our needs and was beyond responsive. She walked us through the process and made us feel like we were her only clients even though it was a low-dollar transaction for her.Although the landlord said the place was cleaned, it wasn't. When my father went to move in, Katy was there, noticed the condition, and promptly arranged for a cleaning person to clean the place from top to bottom the same day! Plus, Katy herself spent hours cleaning with the cleaning lady to get the job done and even brought seat covers to her own home to launder.If you do not use Katy and do not recommend her to others, you are doing yourself and your friends/family a disservice.

Depoimento: Linda Martin helped my fiancé and I get out of a terrible situation with one particular house we almost purchased. The seller and listing agent were not very professional and honest. Linda took over and was able to help us back out before we made a bad purchase.We finally found our perfect home and Linda was with us the entire time explaining the entire procedure as we were first time buyers. Linda is extremely knowledgeable about the area, both buying and selling properties, and has numerous contacts(contractors, engineers, etc) to help through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Linda Martin as your realtor!

The showed us countless homes all over Fort Wayne, and never got pushy to buy. They were very patient with us on the buying process, and you could really see that they wanted us to be happy. Depoimento: Warren was our main point of contact and from the beginning he was extremely attentive to us. We had a "timeline" for purchasing our new house as we wanted to be all moved in before our new baby was due to arrive on May 25th. In addition, we are new to Austin and did not know the area very well. Warren and Lockie helped educate us on the areas with good schools, family neighborhoods, and within reasonable driving distances to work. Warren was very patient with us as we looked at house after house and we always felt like we were his top priority even though I'm sure he had other clients. When the time came that we found the right house Warren was on top of everything to make sure that we always knew what actions we needed to complete and what to expect. The closing of our house was the smoothest close I have ever experienced and I was very impressed with the teamwork of our realtor, lender, and title agency. We are very happy with our new home and I would recommend Warren and Lockie to friends and family
