Depoimento: I would highly recommend Michelle. She is very thorough in her research before listing your home. She keeps you appraised on the steps, what is happening in the process and gives you an outline on what will happen next once an offer has come in. If there are multiple offers, she gives you the data in a spreadsheet so you can see how the offers compare. Once the offer has been accepted, Michelle gives you a time line as to how the process should go before closing, anything that is missed, she lets you know.Ours was unique as it was an estate sale of a home and Michelle understands that process and was excellent in clarifying some of the processes.Michelle is an excellent communicator on the whole process and I would highly recommend her to either a seller or even a buyer.

Depoimento: I was selling a home and then wanting to buy one. My friend had a excellent experience with her. I interviewed 3 other agents before I chose her. Jill had a great presentation, good suggestions and was on time. She had a stager come by and gave good ideas to make the house look great for pictures. The photographer that she sent did a great job on making my home look WOW for the internet. They all were on time. My home sold in 20 days. I feel it would have been faster if it wasn't for last week of school and Memorial Day weekend. The buying of a home had snags all in it. She gave good and logical advice when we were looking. My 1st was gone before I could get to it. My 2nd choice was under contract and things happened. Her advice was spot on so I cancelled the deal. The next home the seller thought his house was made of gold. I asked for her to chat with that agent so she did. The home I bought had it own challenges and she handled it all.I feel that she watched out for me and was 1 step ahead of me. This was not her 1st rodeo and held my hand like a true professional. She was on time for everything and her staff that handled the closing was top notch. My mortgage broker said " one the most organized teams he had closed with". I recommend her and would use her again but since I love my new home it will be 10 years before I sell again. Thank you Jill :) Chad
