Depoimento: Very slow to respond to any requests. When he did respond he was either not prepared or was distracted. We asked Joe to send documents via Docusign and he agreed. The problem was he scanned the documents and faxed them. I think had to print all the documents, sign them and the send them back. I should have been able to sign the documents electronically and be done in a few minutes. When the house sold and the documents were signed we never heard one more word from Joe. Not only was he not helpful but I ended up researching and preparing everything without him.

Depoimento: As a realtor, I would recommend Don Johnson without reservation. Since I live in Miami, I could not be on site to handle all of the problems that we encountered trying to first, get this property ready for sale and then getting it closed. Don went above and beyond what I could have expected. I don’t know any other realtor who would have volunteered to sweep the “dead bugs” out the house, find someone to pressure clean the house to make it more presentable before listing it, find a yard person to cut the grass and my personal favorite, an animal trapper to get the cat family out of the attic. Don was also in contact with the buyers constantly reassuring them that we would get all issues cleared up and they would be able to purchase the home free and clear. I would have no reservations recommending Don to anyone looking to purchase property in the Jacksonville Beach area.VLB

Depoimento: Unresponsive property managers and unfortunately if you have a major problem you must talk to them. Maintenance hands are tied with major problems but very responsive . This is not good because I like the house but management is poor.
