Depoimento: Liz did not quite understand what we were looking for in a home. The homes we were interested in were all found by ourselves on zillow. In the buying process, she was speedy to reply when it benefitted herself, but other times it would be a week or so before we heard back from her. She does not understand the needs of a working class family looking for a home in that price range. She explained the home buying process well, when she did return emails. Unfortunately we (after going into contract on the house) found out that the seller of the home was not only represented by her coworker, but the coworker was the husband of the seller. And for that reason it seemed she would not fight for things that we wanted at closing. Two months before closing she stopped replying to emails. She didn't show up to closing and that was the end of it.
