Depoimento: Gia is very personable and knowledgeable about real estate in this neighborhood. However the marketing plan that she proposed was not executed. An open house was planned several times but none ever occurred and there was no newspaper ad announcing one. More than half of my phone calls were not returned. I called the local Berkshire Hathaway office several times and just got their voice mail. Text and email communication was better, but always sporadic. I have bought and then sold 3 houses over the years, and so worked with a half dozen agents. This experience ranks at the bottom.

Depoimento: Jamie not only found us the perfect house, he help us through the whole process. He spent his weekends showing us many homes. When we found one that we felt was right he was suportive of our ideal on the bid. He also understood our decision to walk away from the owners counter. The funny thing is that we bought the very first house Jamie showed us! He new that it was our bench mark for everything else we looked at, only lacking a garage. Additinally the price had dropped, so it was perfect. I called Jamie in a Friday afternoon, met with him less than 24 hours later, walked through the house again and put a bid in. The sellers were out of town until that Monday, but Jamie kept us up to date all weekend. I think he was as excited as we were when the sellers accepted our offer! He walked us through the closing process, helped with home owners insurance, and is my go to guy for services in the area!
