She was extremely prepared for our house-hunting trips, providing binders with information and pictures of all the homes, sections for notes, etc., and got us through an impressive number of homes in a short time. After we chose the home, she walked us through the rest of process one step at a time and was responsive and reactive to issues that arose from a poorly-done appraisal, and successfully navigated the us through the process from top to bottom. He is a long time resident of the Austin area, which is extremely helpful in trying to locate a desirable neighborhood in the city. Butch had numerous contracts on my former property within days of it first appearing on the market. Austin is currently a "hot" real estate market, presenting some challenges for those of us looking to sell and buy property within the city. After selling my home, I had to quickly find a new home. Butch has excellent communication skills and is very accessible. I found this extremely important when you are selling and buying in the Austin market.
