This made it very easy to have my loan approved all at one place. This house popped up on Trulia and my husband and I immediately went to the open house. We knew the instant we walked in that it was THE HOUSE. There was no pressure from Kira when our initial offer was countered, seller was very firm. She was willing to keep looking and even reached out to her team at Better Homes & Gardens to search for a short-term rental that we could move into to give us more time since she had just sold our current home and we were set to move out in a few weeks. We knew then that she wasn't out to sell us more house than we needed, she really wants to make sure she finds the right fit for her clients.After thinking about it, we decided to accept (repeat: this was THE HOUSE) and Kira walked us through the process. The buying process can be so overwhelming, that extra step she went to welcome us home let us know it was okay to breathe again. Depoimento: I have worked with Lynn at least 5 or 6 times over the past 15+ years for the purchase or sale of various properties, including the sale of my home in La Jolla last year. Lynn is by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with. I have been a real estate investor for 20 years covering a lot of transactions with many different realtors, and would consider myself a very knowledgeable buyer/seller. I’ve dealt with many other realtors in other areas of the country and Lynn is definitely the gold standard for realtors. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of property sales and purchases, but there are a few areas where she really outshines other realtors. When it comes to negotiating the actual sale or purchase, she is an expert at the strategy of pricing and terms in order to help you get the best deal. Knowing where to start the negotiations as well as the current environment within the market (beyond just pulling a list of comps) can make a $10-20K difference. Lynn is also really great at helping to prep a house for a sale so that it shows as well as possible and commands the highest price. She has an extensive network of contractors that she can recommend and I have always found them to be very skilled and well-priced. She also often acts as an informal design consultant, recommending upgrades, styles, landscaping, etc all to help your house show its best.Lynn is always on top of every detail when it comes to sheparding a deal through to completion. She aggressively keeps the paperwork moving forward, as well as inspections and all of the other details. She works hard from start to finish and is always at least one step ahead of the process.Lynn is great to work with whether this is your first home purchase/sale or you're a professional investor. I would give her my highest possible recommendation.
