Depoimento: Justin is the most nicest ,hardest working , and caring realastate man I have ever known. He showed us multiple houses. We had worked with two other agencies Before we found Justin. He was amazing to work with. He helped us get the house we wanted so badly and no other agent would show us . He had to work so very hard to get us FHA and Fannie Mae for the extra money we needed to fix up the house. He was very confident the whole time. He kept in constant contact with us at all times and kept reassuring us we would be in the house by April of 2015. He is just the perfect example of a great agent he is just wonderful. If I were to ever sell or buy another house. Definitely Justin would be my first call. He made the sure we understood everything at all time. I was involved in a very unpleasant drawn at short sale and I honestly think I might still be tangled up in it if Maryann didn't go the extra mile to keep things moving.We saw a lot of houses and she is extremely client focused. She will not rush you just for her own benefit, she'll go as fast or as slow as you need.She also has a very good eye for what is a good buy and what you need. She won't hesitate to tell you to walk away from a house because it is more trouble then it is worth and she also won't hesitate to tell you to jump when you discover a good find.You give her your wishlist and she'll do her very best to make it happen. Some showings we went to only lasted about 3 minutes because she could tell that house wasn't going to work for what I needed.
