Depoimento: Rob also helped us sell our house. We were selling ours and buying a new one at the same time. He came in and was very helpful with letting us know what was on the market currently and what should be done to our house to help with selling it. (Needed to paint and a few other minor things). He got everything that needed to be done very quickly to make sure it went up on the market. I'm VERY HAPPY to say he sold our house in 5 days after it went live!! He was amazing with making sure everything got out there and advertising our house. We love him and especially the fact that he sold our house in 5 days!!!

Depoimento: Jim listened carefully to the criteria I had for a house and didn't waste my time or his by sending me listings that were irrelevant to my needs. He provided me with updated listings each time something that matched my criteria came onto the market. We had many conversations early on, so Jim came to understand quickly what I was looking for in terms of neighborhood, quality of construction and home aesthetic. This made things interesting because the listings he sent me all had potential. On a Friday evening one house in particular became available which matched my criteria 100%. Jim sent me the listing, along with 42 photographs of the interior and exterior of the house. That's how efficient Jim is. He knew this house was for me, based on our many conversations and walkthroughs of other houses. Jim met me at the house early the next morning, and we walked through it. After walking through the house and talking with Jim about some of the electrical and other minor issues it had, I put an offer on the house. Jim contacted the owner immediately and negotiated my offer. The seller accepted. And so, the process of buying the house began just barely after having walked through it. This was the level of efficiency I had sought in a real estate agent, and that's what I received with Jim Anderson. He is amazing. He is conscientious, honest and straightforward. His integrity is above reproach. He never misrepresented anything or exaggerated conditions or situations. He never led me to believe that something was possible if it wasn't possible. He didn't steer me to houses that didn't meet my criteria. He committed to being thorough, and he was. Through and through. We closed on the house in less than 30 days. He kept in close touch with my lender, the seller and the title company and always kept me in the loop, night and day, so that I knew what to expect. I sent Jim a plethora of emails and called him dozens of times. He always responded to my inquiries quickly and graciously, with the utmost professionalism. On the day I hit the panic button when things got stalled at the title company level, Jim was there for me the way a close family member or friend would be there for someone. He cares that much about his clients. Buying a house can be stressful, but having Jim as my realtor made the process enjoyable rather than maddening. I feel so confident in Jim that I have recommended him to two of my former neighbors and a close friend who are all considering buying a home within the next year. I will continue to recommend Jim for his high level of professionalism. He is 5-star in every category of concern: responsiveness, local knowledge, negotiation, process expertise, thoroughness and above all -- honesty, caring, understanding and fun. This was the fourth house I have purchased, and it was, without a doubt, the most enjoyable home-buying experience I have had. Jim made the process of buying a house a whole lot of fun. He is top notch!
