This means she not only knows the area extremely well, but is also very well known by the local real estate community and highly respected by them. So she has real credibility in negotiating a deal and acted as a strong advocate for us with respect to a couple of key issues necessary to finalize the transaction. In terms of her communication with us, we felt she spoke with candor in describing the pro's and con's of a particular property. Most importantly, she was very responsive and would reply quickly to our emails at any time night or day. We always felt on top off the market. Bottom line: we highly recommend her.

Also she was able to point out neighborhood pros and cons and details in the house that was either smart design or possible future problems. My kids (4 year boy and 3 year old girl) are not shy, very inquisitive, curious, loud, and basically bouncing off the walls with every new house we saw.
