After we found a house that we liked, She was all over it putting things through and getting it done. She was on top of the seller and made it happen in two months. Depoimento: After living in our home for 2 weeks the water heater broke and because it wasn't up to code ( which was never mentioned ) it flood our home. To bring the water heater up to code it cost a extra $800 on top of everything else.. Me. Olson response was - that he told us the water heater would need to be eventually replaced. No explanation why it was never mentioned that it wasn't up to code. The water heater had only one earth quake strap, no tray and a broken drainage pipe. Awful inspector !

Depoimento: We were very set on one house but with a little help realized it was not right for us. We had a tight budget, it was our first house and we had no idea what we were doing. I was 8 months pregnant when we started looking and needed to be moving in within that next month. She made it happen and dealt with 4 different schedules and personalities and answered at all random timessage we texted or called every day and night.
