Depoimento: We had a horrible experience with Nicholas as our property manager. While our house was rented his contractor found a leak and mold under the kitchen cabinets. He handled the home insurance claim but we had to pay him generously. He managed to get into a fight with my tenant. His contractor would never show up. He found the cheapest quality floors and kitchen cabinets and made us pay top dollar. He mentioned, if we did not pay in full then a lien would be placed on our house. Nicholas lied and said the kitchen cabinets were real wood. They were actually particle board from IKEA. The contractor was paid in full and still did not complete the job. We trusted Nicholas and he left us with no tenant, headaches, and high expenses. We found a great property management now and a new tenant. I read the reviews below and it looks like Nicholas used this same scheme on his previous clients.
