You ask her for a list of properties, your needs, tell her you want to seem them - she will have it lined up for you. She seems to be very knowledgeable about the northern NJ (hoboken, jc, heights, union city, weekhawken) area in general. We had some bumps in the road to successful financing (due to being co-owners of a new business) and she was quick to come up with a creative solution that saved the deal.
