Depoimento: We've completed three transactions with Julie in Park City, Utah, two purchases and one sell. Each time she was extremely professional and competent. Julie has the unique ability to negotiate a great price for her clients regardless if they are buying or selling. She understands all of the nuances of the Park City market in all prices ranges. Also impressive is her thoroughness in her paperwork. In all three transactions ever “t” was crossed and every “i” was dotted and often caught other realtor’s mistakes. Her communication skills are great and we would often get updates and next steps on our transaction in real time regardless of the day or time of day. We never had to call her for a follow up. From a marketing point of view, we and many others often refer to Julie as “the hardest working real estate professional in Park City”.

Depoimento: One South Realty was recommended to me by the Richmond Board of Appraisals, and working with Newton Carroll was a fantastic experience. I was a first time seller, and he carefully explained everything I needed to know along the way: the marketing, selling points, the finances, and the legal aspects. He explained I had a short timeline to get my house ready to hit the best sales window and stay in the seller’s market, and came up with a plan to achieve it. Newton identified the work that would need to be done, prioritized the list, and brought in experts as they were needed. Inspections and closing resources were lined up so that everything went as smoothly as possible. He hired a professional photographer and prepared some stunning marketing sheets. Because of his preparation, a contract was submitted a few days after the house was listed. He then handled several problems that came up on the buyer’s end that could have ruined the early sale. Newton is a professional and an expert at the things you can’t effectively do for yourself – the preparation, the marketing, and solving issues.
