Depoimento: Rick is absolutely wonderful! We were first time home buyers and he guided us through the ENTIRE process. He explained everything throughly and went above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. For example, we needed a carbon monoxide detector installed in order to complete the appraisal process and he immediately installed one before we even knew we needed it! We never felt any pressure and he put us at ease in what would be a very stressful time in anyone's life. I can't count how many questions I asked via email, phone call or text, and he always responded quickly, day or night! He also is extremely knowledgable and has great connections within the community. Rick was able to make buying a home a seamless process for us! He negioated and got us a great home price, scheduled all the inspections, worked with our lender, and made sure EVERYTHING was done timely and efficiently! He is very professional and personable. We will without a doubt use him in the future and have already told many others about him!

Depoimento: When my family and I decided to relocate to another state; we decided to sell our home. My first thought was “who was I going to find and trust to sell my home.” Trusting someone was important to us. I was worried but after realizing my neighbor would be my realtor. I was relaxed right away and knew that I could trust her. However since we were relocating so far from our current home I knew we needed to rely more on our realtor to take care of things. At first I was nervous but the weekly updates that our realtor provided made me comfortable and so I just let my realtor do her thing. It was a relief to know that my realtor had our best interest in mind. One of the biggest things I liked most about my realtor was her ability and willingness to help me with last minute things with me being out of the state. With my realtor help; a lot of my stress and worry just went away. In a situation like my family had; I felt Nekki handle it very well. If a person situation is similar to mine; I would say, call Nekki or make sure your realtor understand your needs like our realtor did. Nekki did outstanding work and with professionalism. She is terrific at what she does and a great people person. We had a buyer in 7 days after our home being listed! And we close escrow in 21 days at full asking price! I’m overly happy!

I didn’t know anything about buying house but Michael made it as easy as possible. He also had additional knowledge about where to get appliances for the home as I didn’t have a lot of cash on hand. Being a first time home buyer there was a lot of nostalgia with every new house that I found and looked at but Michael with his expertise helped my wife and I cut through all the nonsense and honestly found us the best deal and the best house for what we could afford and honestly my family and I are very grateful and happy about our purchase.
