Depoimento: I was a walk in for Rebecca, who was working the up desk in February 2015, who listened to what I was looking for and e-mailed me some possibilities that same day; We were off and running. As my criteria changed, Rebecca kept up with me... It was winter time but that didn't stop us. Every time we went to a showing it had to be 15 degrees and snowing, that didn't stop Rebecca... Then she presented me a home in a completely different town, not what I was looking for but it had that character I was looking for, Rebecca was listening. After a couple of showings Rebecca helped me put together an offer that, with a little negotiating, was accepted. From that point to closing only took 45 days and Rebecca was there to help in anyway she could and she did... I closed in early May 2015Rebecca is a very personable person, she knows the area, the schools, the surrounding towns and she listens... Rebecca is a proficient realtor in my opinion, one to be trusted.

Depoimento: I was fortunate to have chosen Kathleen as my broker. Her guidance regarding getting the home ready for sale and what to expect while it was on the market was spot on. Most importantly, the Closing on the home was difficult and very stressful, and she was extremely helpful during the process being calm and level headed, getting the answers I needed. I don't think I waited more than 30 minutes before she returned a call or an email. There was never "that is not my job" even though there were a few times it probably wasn't. I am grateful to have had her during this home sale and would highly recommend her as a sales agent. I felt I was in very capable hands and that my interests were being looked after. Depoimento: I never realized how important it is to have a Realtor who understands construction and mortgages as well as real estate. Ken helped me with the sale of our aging home and the purchase of our newer home. We were about to incur large bills on expensive vendors for little projects but because Ken owns and manages properties of his own, so he is very knowledgeable about people who can do good work and more so, what things should cost! He was also so patient through a difficult sale. When our buyer had mortgage issues, Ken who stepped in to help the buyer with their options that they didn’t know about. His years in mortgage banking are definitely an asset. Ken is really the whole package as he sees beyond the property sale and is knowledgeable about loan options, construction issues and there were a few times he would just fix something himself. I can’t recommend Ken enough for his patience, service and know how. I still call him to get references on work I need done and mortgage questions. Highly recommend.
