The home we bought was a bank owned foreclosure that created some extra hurdles to get through. He was very helpful and patient with us during the entire process. Depoimento: We were first time home buyers and I can't imagine going through the process without an agent like Rachel. Her knowledge of the area, loans, timing and negotiation were incredible. She met us first over dinner and we discussed our preferences and needs. That night we received an email with our first batch of homes to look through. She always provided a "good, better, best" summary. She doesn't fluff- her opinion is honest and direct which we really appreciated. Her knowledge of the eastside market was also really helpful... To this day, we look at the traffic going toward our original target neighborhood and laugh in that could have been us if we didn't take her advice! She opened my mind to a different area (comparing pros and cons, etc.) and ultimately we chose an area I never considered before. The closing of the house went smoothly, she surprised us with a gift card and gave us some time to walk through the house on our own. We love our house, big backyard and neighborhood. We highly recommend Rachel!!
