Depoimento: Mr. Nasrin is without doubt the most qualified, competent, sophisticated and reliable realtor that we have ever dealt with.We were so content with his help as we sold our house that we also enlisted him in the purchase of our next house. He is extremely knowledgable when it comes to the real estate market, and he went above and beyond in showing us houses, answering all of our 10,000 questions and acting as a sounding board as we worked through pro's and con's after house visits. We greatly appreciated his honest advice and the fact that he was not pushy - in fact a couple of times he discouraged us from moving forward with a couple of houses as he didn't feel they were worth the price (even though he would have made a greater profit himself). We never felt rushed but when we found the house we loved he made sure everything moved forward expediently. He goes above and beyond for his client and is extremely pleasant to work with. One thing that truly makes him stand out in the ocean of realtors is his impeccable sense of style, aesthetics and sophisticated touch. As an example- as we were selling our initial house he adviced us (and helped us) on how we could update the bathroom and kitchen in a rather quick and economic manner - yet retaining high quality - in order to make the house even more appealing to a buyer (and it paid off!). We gave him free hands and when we saw the mosaic backsplash in the bathroom ..worthy of a Mediterranean modern palace and the kitchen updates we almost felt like keeping the house. (In fact, a few of our friends said they wished they could hire him to advice them on house additions, color combinations and also interior design).It was wonderful to work with someone so competent, multitalented and dedicated. To see someone love their profession and genuinely care about the client is truly refreshing. Mr. Nasrin's pleasant, non-intrusive and highly professional manner is a great plus. We recommend him to all our friends without reservation.
