Depoimento: Bryan served as our buyer agent when we searched the house. We had horrible experience with Bryan. First, Bryan modified the terms on the contract amendment without our consent. He never sent us the modified contract for review and sign either. This caused us loss of our earnest money. How could agent dare to do such thing?Second, Bryan is very biased and told multiple lies during the whole process. He could do anything just to his own benefit. We didn't see that he represent our interests during the whole process. What he cared about is only his own commission. He could do anything just to get his commission including lying and threatening us. Third, he even yelled and screamed at me! He called me and I took up the phone just hearing that he yelled at me! I was really shocked and scared. His behavior is extremely unprofessional. Due to him, we lost our earnest money, our deal, and a few hundreds other fees such as inspection, appraisal, and flights/hotel/car rental.I would recommend that you do your due diligence if you decide to go with Bryan for house buying. If you are interested in learning more details for proof of what I said, I can provide all the email communications between Bryan and us.

Depoimento: I was fortunate to have chosen Kathleen as my broker. Her guidance regarding getting the home ready for sale and what to expect while it was on the market was spot on. Most importantly, the Closing on the home was difficult and very stressful, and she was extremely helpful during the process being calm and level headed, getting the answers I needed. I don't think I waited more than 30 minutes before she returned a call or an email. There was never "that is not my job" even though there were a few times it probably wasn't. I am grateful to have had her during this home sale and would highly recommend her as a sales agent. I felt I was in very capable hands and that my interests were being looked after. Depoimento: We went to century 21 on Jamacha looking for someone to better assist us in our search to buy our first home because we weren't happy with the agent we had initially started with. Mark and his partner Keller immediately started searching for homes for us to look at and consider. We worked primarily with Keller Kniffing. He was always great about answering any questions we had and if he didn't know the answer got back to us with one relatively quickly. He showed us properties in a timely manner and made sure to find out if our particular loan would even be accepted by the seller (this helped a lot in not wasting our time or his in seeing properties that we wouldn't even be able to get.) He and all the staff at century 21 were always respectful and professional toward us and we really appreciated that weather we called, e-mailed or texted Keller he always responded in a timely manner. Once we found a home, we felt confidant that Keller would be able to help guide us through each step as we were first time home buyers and didn't know what exactly needed to be done and when. We were a bit frustrated at the end when there was a bit of a delay in us getting our keys after signing our loan documents and were so appreciative that Keller spoke with the selling agent to get them to us a little sooner so we could begin moving in as we needed to move out of our rental house by a certain date. We would absolutely recommend Mark and Keller to family and friends looking to buy a new home.
