Depoimento: Our home sold relatively fast, due to Amy's excellent knowledge of the local market and how to correctly price the house and the land together. Also, when the "chips were down" and the buyers wanted us out of the home quickly, Amy was there for us with her pick up truck (taking items to Goodwill and the dump) and willingness to get literally dirty, sweeping out our shed and other tough chore manual labor. She even spent her own money hiring a maid to clean up our home. Amy is very easy to work with and is straight and honest, not promising the seller "the moon" when a much more realistic assessment is needed to get your home sold.
