He's a must have resource when walking through homes since he points out all the good/bad of the house from just 1 viewing that I as a normal buyer would never have noticed. Keith helped us with a for sale by owner situation and he made sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. He informed us as things were coming along and what we should expect to do next.
