Depoimento: Mike is a super nice guy and this makes him extremely easy to work with. My husband and I met him when we attended an open house that he hosted for a property near our old home and ended up using him as our realtor when we purchased our new house in October 2015. When our family began its search for a new home we were kind of all over the place......Mike was helpful in that he sat down with us and gave us ideas about the kinds of things to look for in a prospective property/neighborhood. His advice ultimately guided us into deciding on a preferred neighborhood and we found our dream home very shortly after. Mike was responsive to our wants/needs and really advocated for us as buyers. He did such a nice job that we have now hired him to help us sell our former home. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Depoimento: Ceci, being brought up in this area, was the perfect person to engage with in selling our home. Her knowledge, perseverance, tenacity is to be lauded. Ceci put together all the paperwork necessary, explained the entire procedure in laymen's terms which, for us, was more than helpful. She suggested ways to improve the property to make it more sellable, i.e, curb appeal, and how to stage it. Unfortunately, we decided the timing for us to sell was not viable so we did not sell. Should the occasion ever come about that we decide to sell, Ceci will definitely be our agent.

Depoimento: If you are looking to buy or sell a house in Anchorage or Wasilla, Kris would be the best realtor to use. I was a first time home buyer and didn’t know where to start and had a lot of questions about the whole process. Kris was very patient and extremely responsive to any and all questions I had. He was never pushy and was able to show several properties at once. He is flexible and hard working. Always would give me great advice. He is very attentive and understood what type of home I was looking for right away. His expertise makes him very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, from quality of properties to legal aspects of the transaction. He is very familiar with the local market. He can do price comparison and analysis and tell you the truth of how much the property should really cost and how much your offer should be. Depoimento: Working with Christina has been one of the most rewarding experiences for us! My fiance and I first met Christina at an open house in the Society Hill development in Tinton Falls, NJ. This was our first day looking for houses and the first open house we had ever attended. From the moment we met her, she was kind, polite, sincere, and incredibly easy to talk to. We loved the house, but being it was the first house we had ever seen, decided to continue the search for our new home. Christina emailed us the next day to follow-up on our visit to the open house, and was more than willing to help us continue our search, taking into consideration our laundry list of criteria. Immediately having formed a relationship with her the day prior, I of course took her up on this offer. Christina was patient, always honest, and one of the best resources we could have ever hoped to come across while looking for our first home in Monmouth County. She thoroughly explained the real estate terminology that was new to us and was available at all hours of the day to answer the many questions we thought of throughout the process. Ironically, it ended up being the first open house we saw where we met Christina that we are moving into this weekend! From negotiations through the final day of move-in, she has been a absolute pleasure to work with! We are so lucky to have met her!
