She has excellent negotiation skills, an eye for detail, and works diligently day and night. The nature of my profession has me working evenings and nights, but Eva was able to work with my odd hours and meet me when it is most comfortable for me. She is always open and keeps herself flexible when we are interested in properties, and calls/text/or emails us back in an extremely timely manner. Depoimento: Danny, as I call him, was very patient with my husband and I. We started out looking for a home, found one, but had a hard time with the lenders. Too many red flags seemed to go up(with the lending side) so we decided to cancel the transaction and planned to continue to rent for another year or two. Danny was very understanding and always kept us in the loop with his emails, checking in on us. About a year and a half into renting, he saw a drop in home prices and we agreed to see a few homes. We found one that fit our needs even better than the previous home, and for about half the cost. I would recommend Danny to anyone. He has integrity, patience and is very kind. Thanks Danny!
