Depoimento: I can't say enough wonderful things about Shelley Camacho. I am in the process of buying multiple apartment buildings in Washington for investment purposes while simultaneously selling my single family home rentals in California where I currently live. To compound this complexity, all transaction are being done via 1031 exchange to defer taxes. Finally to add a final complex twist, I am suffering from a back injury and have had to take pain medication which makes me forgetful, unfocused and half the time asleep. Needless to say, I have been a "challenge" (probably very frustrating) to deal with. You would never know it by the way Shelley has handled me with kindness, patience, efficiency and mastery. One of her many positive attributes that I have benefitted from is that she is a proactive, "out of box" thinker with emphasis on the word "proactive". Shelley foresees any potential bumps in the road and does what is needed to keep you on a smooth, stress-free path BEFORE they can become a problem. She also follows up on everything and keeps you in the loop of the process via email and phone calls. She has protected my interests beautifully and thought of options that have benefitted me financially.Moreover, her integrity is without question. She is the first and only Realtor that I have worked who is honest and truly puts her clients' interest first. Shelley is one of those rare people who is a great source of brilliant advice, knows their trade, and also possesses an upbeat, calming personality that make her a pleasure to work with. In this day and age, it is hard to find an ethical, honest real estate professionals who puts your interests first, is excellent/knowledgeable in her trade, and is a charming person to work with. Shelley Camacho has my highest recommendation and my lifelong business. Hire her to help you find, buy, sell properties! It will be the best decision you ever make. As soon as we heard from Mike, we could tell that he was on top of everything that needed to be done. He was the only one that personally called us and followed up with us. He responded to every call or email promptly and professionally, that is why we choose him to be our realtor. He new what he was talking about in the market and how to get our house ready to sell.
