Uploading really bad quality photos, disorganized paperworks, ZERO marketing and LESS knowledge of FHA loans, zero negotiation skills and HER RUDENESS . so, NO REVIEWS from her clients tells everything about her. And she canceled her listing as Conditional Withdrawn which is unacceptable and tell us how greedy she is.

Depoimento: Karen was our buying agent. We are a military family and were buying from out of state. Doing so, we thought we could count on her to guide us through the buying process. Unfortunately, we ended up paying full price for a house that ended up being a lot of work to fix up. She worked mostly for the seller (they had their own agent) making sure they were set, instead of us. She was almost no help through the whole process and when approached about it, she became very angry and we barely heard from her again. We are now having to pay the price for having an agent who works against you. Wouldn't recommend her at all.
