I was living in Colorado Springs and teaching at the US Air Force Academy.In 2014 I moved from Colorado Springs to Plano, Texas and moved into an apartment. I had a house in Colorado Springs, and wanted to purchase another home in Plano. Naturally, he went and talked to Faizur. In about a month or so, Kingshuk closed on a house – just two months ago, and luckily before the interest rates began going up! He bought the house for $500K, and in just the past couple of months the house is now approximately priced $20k more! Kingshuk has also been very happy with his experience. He helped us get through the sales process and a multiple bidder situation to come out on top, yet without feeling like we'd spent too much on the house.We again worked with Dominic and his team to sell our house in Mountain View. We were out of town for the two weeks prior to the first open house and his team coordinated several contractors and services to ensure that the house went on the market at the right time. We were able to sell the house at a higher than expected price even after factoring in the frothy seller's market we were in. His team helped a great deal when the buyer's funds were a bit slow in arriving to Escrow, and made sure the deal closed as smoothly as possible. Would work with Dominic again any time.

Depoimento: I really wanted to use a realtor who lived in the area. Beth does not but she's close enough and had enough knowledge of the area. She was amazing during the whole process. There were times when I KNOW we were frustrating to her and she kept her cool and was so professional. She's very honest and offers her opinion when needed and is very upfront. If its a bad deal, she'll let you know, she won't let you walk into something that's not in your best interest, she gives 110% of herself. She was even there after we closed in helping us get things sorted out with the previous home owners and offering suggestions on contractors for work we wanted to get done. We considered ourselves lucky to have worked with her!
