Couldn't find anyone that would show me homes on the weekend and she was more than welcome when I described what tunes was best for my wife and I to see homes and she was all for it nothing was too far for her to show us. Depoimento: When my husband and I went to buy a second home in Winchester, we looked on line for homes we were interested in. I sent a general company email to a home and before we were even finished looking at it, Steven had already responded to my email. He set up a viewing quickly and when we did not like the home, he talked to us about our wants and needs. He diligently and patiently worked with us for several weeks (we were picky). We found a home and put a bid in through auction, Steven by our side all the way. 3 days before closing the sale fell through because the title ended up not clear (unbeknownst to us and the county). We were very frustrated, but Steven keep patiently searching and found us a house that was even better.He is not only very easy to work with but very professional, patient and diligent in the process. He took the time to get to know us so he could find the best fit.We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

David recognized, after I was under contract, that the lender that had pre-approved me was asking for post-inspection concessions that were going to cause the seller to balk and back out. David found me another lender that approved the loan with better terms than original lender. We closed on time. I have no doubt that had David not recognized the risk my first lender's demands posed, the sale would have never closed. David is insightful, honest, ground engaged and absolutely dedicated to his clients.
