After meeting with Joe and having several phone conversations I decided to move forward with the sale of my home. I do not regret that decision at all, Joe listened to everything I said and he made sure to pay extra attention to the things I stated I was most worried about. Within 3 months my house was sold and I was on my way to the new location. She consistently went out of her way to make sure I was one, if not the first, person to see a newly listed property. I was very determined to buy a house in a certain school district and the competition was fierce. Jaime made sure I had an opportunity to view and bid on houses right after they hit the market. When one deal fell through because the seller pulled out, Jaime went right back at finding me homes and scheduling showings. Jaime's negotiation skills were fine tuned and masterful.
