Depoimento: My wife and I contacted Ella after hearing how great a realtor she was from family. She did not disappoint!! Ella went above and beyond while selling our house. She walked us through realistic issues we might see while selling our house. Since we had a pool, we really needed maintenance done, Ella found a reputable pool company and worked with them to ensure a successful sale. <br/><br/>We had a difficult buyer that managed to find fault with the weather on a glorious day.... Needless to say, they tried to pinch every penny and force unnecessary repairs. Ella wouldn't stand for it. If there was a valid point or potential law violation she did her research and contacted the necessary organizations to remedy an issues.<br/><br/>Ella was ALWAYS available. I often contacted her with questions or concerns around midnight and she always responded in a timely manner.<br/><br/>We discussed our ideal purchasing price and came to terms. However, during negotiations with the buyer (again, difficult), we made several modifications to the asking price. Some changes were up and some were down. All in all we came out ahead and even got the buyer to front some of the money for pool repairs!!<br/><br/>Thanks Ella!!!
