I wanted to move fast, and for two weeks I felt like he was working exclusively for me, as he was always available at a moment's notice and working hard behind the scenes. I would easily recommend him to anyone I know. After we first spoke to gather all my unique criteria/requirements, he had a custom profile online within an hour showing me all the available properties that matched. I told him I would be in town the following weekend, and we worked throughout that week to explore alternate scenarios if I tweaked some of my requirements, and ultimately we further refined the list to a manageable number of places. He proceeded to line up all the viewings/appointments for that weekend, and met me to walk through the properties and offer further advice. Once I decided on a place (same weekend), he helped me navigate through the complex process of making it a reality in less than another week. I don’t know what I would have done without him. Not only was he dedicated and responsive, but also very practical and honest with regard to my needs and expectations up front. This is rare quality that is often overlooked in the real estate business. Many agents will just tell you what you want to hear to try to get your business. They may seem like a good choice at first, but you will end up wasting time and suffering in the long term. Go with Greg and you will not be disappointed.

Depoimento: Tom was great help with our process of finding our first home. He was very patient with all of our first timer questions. He is also very laid back and don't make you feel like you are being pushed to make a move every second. He also always advised us to sleep on our thoughts don't jump into things right away when we are trying to make a move right after seeing the house for the first time(Thank you so much for not letting us do that!). He is also a very honest person, he would tell me right up front what is possible and what isn't. He is very straight forward which made this process a lot easier for us.One of the most important thing that I like about Tom is he keeps you in the loop with everything. He forwards emails which make me feel a lot better that we can see exactly what is going on with the sellers side. There is no hidden conversations...Over all he was great. I would recommend him to anyone.

Buying and selling your house can be a very emotional experience and Mona's patience and extensive knowledge about the field and our local market gives you the confidence required to make the right choice for you. She never made me feel pressured to make a quick decision. When using her as a buyers agent, I felt so much more comfortable knowing someone had my back and was purely looking out for my best interest. As a seller's agent, she will be honest with you about setting a realistic price point for your house and she works very hard to get your property seen by prospective buyers. Mona is an outstanding agent, I would not hesitate to use her again as either a buyers agent or to list my house.

We had no shows, no responses, ones who called at all hours, ones who would not speak to women, ones who would not even offer the owners a bid on a house. We where doing all the work ourselves which was really hard since we lived in another state so our time here was precious. Then we met Scott and everything changed. We had viewed quite a few houses with him and felt confident enough that he knew exactly what we where looking for that we could go back home. It took a few months but he found us the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood, surrounded by great schools and parks. We could not have picked a better home for us. I would and have recommended Scott to many people. If and when we ever decide to move he will be the first to know.
