Depoimento: I was looking for an agent in June 2015 to help with the purchase of a second home in the Palm Desert area. Phillip was recommended and I couldn't have been happier. He knows the area extremely well and was able to answer all my questions about various properties. I had a very tight timeline, so it was even more important that he was extremely responsive and handled everything with urgency. Before showing us any of the properties for sale, he previewed all of them beforehand. He showed us 22 houses and he previewed probably 60 plus so we didn't have to. In the end, we identified a few properties we liked and ended up buying the perfect home for us in a perfect location. Phillip personally walks everything through the process, so I didn't have to worry about anything at all. He arranged for inspections, checked on the property, handled the home warranty, and many other escrow related items. His knowledge of escrow and title searches goes beyond what most title officers know, much less realtors. He made me feel like I was his top priority, and continues to assist us with whatever we need after the purchase. We felt so comfortable and trusted Philip so much that we made an offer on a house just based on Philip's description of his walkthrough. Philip is so discerning, that the house was exactly as he described it and it was even better than we hoped, and we now call it home.We enjoyed working with Phillip and his responsiveness, and he handled everything with urgency.
