Both my wife and I were a bit surprised the first time we met him and he had done a lot of research - He was able to quantify everything, which was very valuable. He was always respectful, very kind, and it felt like he had as much skin in the game as we did. John bent over backwards for us at every turn and got us exactly what we wanted for our house and explained exactly how we would get there. While looking for another place, he was always ready to go at the drop of a hat.The bottom line is that he possesses a certain set of intangibles that separates him from other really good realtors - and the difference is night and day.
