Depoimento: David was very knowledgeable in the surrounding area with sales of similar homes. He gave us suggestions as to what we could do to help improve not only the value of our home but the time frame in which it would sell. He answered any questions we had in a timely manner and was always just a phone call or email away. When it came time to list our house he was spreading the information to other realtors and helping enlarge the pool of people who may be interested in the home. In the end it took only 10 days for our house to sell once it was on the market. Once the house was sold he did not just disappear either, he stayed on right until every piece of paperwork was signed and we were moved. He even came to our housewarming party. I would recommend David to all of my friends, family and anyone looking for a good honest realtor.
