Being completely new to the area, we needed to find reputable contractors to work with and Leo was able to give us contact information for every type contractor we need.I found it very reassuring that Leo was able to tell us so much our new community. Depoimento: Loretta and Jim were instrumental in getting my late mother's house "show ready" and as a result, the home sold in a very short time. Her house was an older home and needed quite a bit of sprucing up. They assisted in the selection and scheduling of the painters, picked up carpet samples from Lowe's for us to look through and coordinated the scheduling of the carpet layers, and also scheduled a cleaner to give the house a total detailing when all else was done. They then strategically placed pieces of furniture in the empty rooms to complete the "staging" process. In addition, they assisted my sister every step of the way in navigating the whole process of selling a home, as this was a new and unfamiliar experience for her. I would highly recommend Jim and Loretta as two professional realtors who do not mind putting forth an effort in order to achieve the goal of quickly listing and selling your home.

His photos, both interior and exterior, as well as his drone camera videos certainly helped with the sale of our home. Depoimento: My fiancé and I were first time buyers and happened upon Chris by using Zillow. We are so happy that we did. We were buying a home in the area for the first time and Chris was more than helpful. He is super knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. We chose to buy a home and completely renovate it. Chris recommended a contractor and acted as a liaison between the contractor and us. When things got confusing with the loan, Chris was there to help us through.
