He helped me buy my first house, and I was able to make better decisions and have better outcomes throughout the process because of his work.Before we started looking at houses, we met so he could walk me through the process and know what to expect. Without going overboard, he gave me lots of helpful tips and advice. As we looked at homes, he gave me information and talked about home features I wouldn't have realized or thought about on my own. Because of his expertise and experience, he noticed things about houses that I needed to know and that helped me make better decisions. (For example, he could spot water damage and offer an educated estimate of how bad it was and what it would take to fix it, he pointed out the safety features of having a garage, and he told me what floor plans had greater potential for resale. He knew the significance of various cracks in walls and how it indicated the state of the foundation, and he could tell that damage on one door we saw was from attempted burglary—very good to know about a house!)Jeff's connections in the industry were also a great help. He recommended a lender, inspectors, and title company personnel who were truly stellar. He picks smart, down-to-earth, great and funny people (much like Jeff!) to work with, and I had no problem choosing them, too. I feel especially lucky to have had good inspections so I know the condition of my house inside and out.He was very good at reading people and handling the negotiation process. He knew the market, and he made this part easy.Jeff took care of all kinds behind-the-scenes details to help me, he answered tons of questions, and was so pleasant to work with the whole time. I really enjoyed working with him, and I would definitely recommend him to family, friends, and anyone in the broader Oklahoma City area.

Depoimento: Joanna was amazing. Her advice and knowledge of the market was right on the money. She also had excellent individuals to work with that were brilliant in their field. Her photographer made my home look like Better Homes and Gardens, and he was so incredibly polite and responsive. The few items we needed to fix when the inspector reviewed the house were incredibly easy, because Joanna had an expert in everything we needed, and each one was as professional, prompt and brilliant as she was. She sold our home in 4 days with absolutely no challenges! Now she is helping us find a new home, and she is just as wonderful in the process.
